Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Flat Rate Shipping

• We offer flat rate shipping of $7 on all eligible orders within the continental United States.

• All orders ship via UPS, USPS.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

• All shipping fees are non-refundable, including in the event of returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email curemedicalaesthetics@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
