Company Policy
Late Arrivals
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Cure Medical Aesthetics and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time and choose to proceed with the service, we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers. 509-951-8683
No Show
Any appointment changes must be made 24 hours in advance. In case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with100% service fee.
Kids
As we are concerned with your and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the office.
In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
Sick or Feeling Unwell
If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting a treatment while sick is not recommended and in some cases can make you feel worse. We want to make sure to respect and protect everyone's well-being.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Personal Belongings
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Cure Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
Quiet Environment
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and all mobile devices must be turned off or put on silent when checking in and during treatment.
Medical Conditions
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.
Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:

Cancer

Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure

Swollen or painful lymph nodes

Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis

New injury of any kind

Open sores

Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)

Diabetes

Blood Disorder and Disease

Celiac Disease
Please note that individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.
Individuals prescribed Accutane (Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.
If you feel you are having symptoms of (or visibly having) a cold sore outbreak please reschedule your appointment. We will not do treatments with cold sores present.
Please Note: some services cannot be done/are not recommended for clients who are currently on prescription medication, prescription creams/retinols, have a suntan, have false eyelashes, nursing or pregnant.

Consultations are REQUIRED for all BBL & HALO treatments.
Age Requirements
All guests must be 12 years of age or older, minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
All guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form.
Payment Policy
Full payments is due at time of service. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and Cure gift cards. All credit card transactions are subject to a 4% fee.
Refund Policy: At Cure we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatments as well as discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget. Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Cure, unused service value (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of treatment package) can be applied to any other service.
For skincare products, all sales are final.
Giftcards purchased at Cure Skincare Studio have no cash value and are non refundable.
In case of Emergencies
In case of emergencies such as extreme weather, natural disasters, power outages and/or circumstances that are out of our control, our office will be closed. We will do our best to notify all scheduled clients and move their appointments to a later date.
Booking Retainer
A non refundable appointment retainer is required when booking a treatments at Cure.
This amount is credited towards your service at the time of your appointment. Packages require 25% appointment retainer.
Scheduling
If you wish to schedule an appointment you can reach us during regular business hours MWF 9-3 at 509-951-8683.*
Your full legal name, phone number, email address and a valid credit card is required upon booking.
In case you contact us after hours or outside our working days we will return your call the following working day.
Please note - all our scheduling is done through an automated system which will send you an appointment reminder 72 and 24 hours before your appointment.
Appointments are not considered confirmed unless a booking fee has been collected and you receive an appointment reminder from the automated system from our office.
Parking
Parking is available by the building. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, lost or stolen items. When you enter our property you assume all risk.
Clients only
Our office space is reserved for clients only. Please be mindful of our limited space, do not bring extra guests to your appointment. Services are by appointment only.
Respectful Environment Policy
All clients are expected to treat our staff and other guests with courtesy and respect at all times. Rude, loud, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and any client who fails to comply with this policy will be asked to leave the premises.
Animals
Pets are not allowed.
For your protection and ours we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Effictive March 2022
A credit card is required at booking. All credit card transactions are subject to a 4% fee.
We will only charge your card for missed or cancelled appointments without 24 hour notice.
Cancellations that are less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-show will be charged 100% of service fee.
We understand situations may arise, we kindly ask you contact our office if there is an emergency.
Booking security
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you provide through Cojilio booking – including your name, contact information, and appointment history – is handled with strict confidentiality and care.
Cojilio uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect all data transmissions. This means:

We never store your payment details on our servers.
Payment security
We do not store your sensitive credit/debit card information in our office. Your information is stored on Clover credit card processing platform.
We use the Clover® point-of-sale system to securely process all transactions. Clover is PCI DSS compliant and uses end-to-end encryption and tokenization to protect your sensitive payment information. At no point is your full credit card data stored on our systems.
Your privacy and security are a top priority. All transactions are processed through Clover’s secure servers, and we do not retain any credit card information after your payment is completed.
